New thing resolution (see above): Saw this on The Kitchen and it was super easy. Probably the easiers food it that isn't frozen and just needs reheating.
Asparagus, prosciutto, parmesean cheese. Just place the asparagus on a cookie sheet, put chopped up pieces of prosciutto and sliced parmesean cheese on top, drizzle on some olive oil, add very little salt and some black pepper, and bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. I didn't cut up the asparagus or try and wrap the pieces of prosciutto around any. I think if I meake it again I'll cut up the asparagus into smaller pieces. It is very salty though. So you might not even need to add any salt. But easy and tasty.
Also made baked potatoes a new way: Cut them into thick slices and mixed them with some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread them out on a cookie sheet and sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top and put them in a preheated oven at 450 for 20 to 25 minutes. Nice and tasty with a steak.
